Here at KC Forrest Ltd, we recycle all your unwanted scrap metal: copper, brass, aluminium, stainless steel, lead, household cable, batteries, motors, steel, alloys, and gun metal, as well as household items such as bikes, washing machines, cookers, old tools, gates, and more.

If you are unsure what metal you have, bring it down to us and we will get it tested.

KC Forrest Ltd is registered with the Environment Agency and Northumberland County Council, and we are WAMITAB approved, which means you know we are authorised to deal with your waste materials.

Scrap Cars

As an Authorised Treatment Facility, we operate using the End of Life Vehicles Regulations 2003.

When you scrap your car with us, we will process your log book to ensure no fines are issued by the DVLA.

The End of Life Vehicles (ELV) Regulation 2003 aims to reduce the amount of waste from scrap vehicles (cars and vans). It imposed strict environmental standards for Authorised Treatment Facilities, provided for the free disposal of scrap cars, and introduced a system for issuing Certificates of Destruction (CoD).
